MYDOG! is a special project, dedicated to all dog lovers and happy people who like to pamper their furry friends with handmade, unique craft goods.

We are a three person team, each one having different tasks. We are driven by our love for dogs and photography, and our own dogs Baga and Ginja, are our favorite photographic models.

It's been one year since we started this project, using mainly Facebook to spread the word and connect to dog lovers all around Portugal. We have an Instagram account too, making it easier to follow some great dog photographers all around the globe and allowing more people to connect with us, nationally and internationally. Since we started, we made a lot of new friends and met some amazing people.

MYDOG! bandanas are made with love and detail, and it makes us really proud when people send us photos of their four legged friends wearing our bandanas!

Soon after we started, we came up with the idea of having headbands, so that dogs and ladies could have matching styles. It was a success, and because the majority of our clients are women, it was an opportunity to make fun and unique.

MYDOG! bandanas come in different shapes, sizes and patterns...from black and white, to more colorful ones, it's difficult to choose our favorite!

Because our two dogs are adopted, one from our local shelter and the other found on the street, in our neighborhood, we believe that we have the responsability to promote adoption. We love all breeds of dogs, but unfortunately, and since they are so many dogs in shelters, we believe we can have a huge impact in our society, when we use our mixeed breed dogs, as our main models.

It was a pleasure to photograph dogs from two Lisbon shelters, using MYDOG! bandanas.

We used their dogs as our models and it was a great experience! People really engaged with the cause and shared those dog photos on their Facebook pages and public Facebook groups.

It made a huge difference, since many of those dogs were adopted afterwords.

In some of our photosessions, we were lucky to have beautiful Miss T. London with us, who is a pin-up model and was Miss Pin Up Portugal 2014. She is a true dog lover and is always happy to help the animal cause.

We are now preparing to have more photosessions, with other dog shelters, outside of Lisbon too, using dogs that are up to adoption, as our models.

We love to participate in dog events, since it's a great opportunity for us to connect with people. And dogs can try our home-made doggy biscuits, too!

Don't forget to dress up your dog for the occasion!!
